Spa Policy

Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. If a client misses an appointment without prior notification, they will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
For same-day bookings, if you cancel or do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the service.
If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten your service, and you will still be charged for the full service you originally booked, not the reduced service time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we cannot accommodate your service due to
timing constraints, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
